The Walking Dead: Dead City began airing in the US on AMC on Sunday 18th June 2023, and has already been renewed for a second season.

For a long time, there was no word on a UK release, but thankfully, on Monday 13th May, that all changed when Sky and NOW announced a deal to show a number of series in The Walking Dead franchise, including Dead City.

Lucy Criddle, Sky director of acquisitions and strategic projects, said: "The Walking Dead Universe has a huge and ardent UK fan base, and we know audiences on Sky and NOW will be buzzing to see Rick Grimes and Michonne reunited in The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, as well as being able to dip into the wider universe, enjoying all 11 seasons of the original The Walking Dead series, as well as new spin-offs Daryl Dixon and Dead City."

As Criddle mentions, the original series will become available, with this having debuted on 19th May 2024, while another spin-off, The Ones Who Live, arrived on 31st May 2024, and Daryl Dixon aired on Sky Max from 1st August. Dead City follows suit this month, and will be available to watch on Sky Max and NOW here in the UK.
